Dinner tonight:
1 cup brown rice
2 cups water (which ended up being to much)
3 frozen chicken breasts
As many frozen vegetables as will fit, the more the better
1 can kidney beans
Added garlic salt to the rice, then on top with garlic powder
Bake at 350 or 375 for hour and a half or until everything is cooked. I had to drain the extra water out.
Turned out delicious. So happy to be eating normal food again after yesterday's Memorial Day celebration.
