Today was a great day overall, especially since the semester was over and we got to spend so much more time with Josh. We went on 2 walks and it was so nice talking and being outside. The 'C' was also good today. Using our infant carrier makes all the difference.

I accoMplished all my goals today. 1. I read to Natalia this morning while nursing before we left for the C's. 2. We went for a 20 minute walk while we were at my parents' and a 14 minute night walk like 20 minutes ago after we got home. 3. I've been doing better on portion control and don't think I've over eaten today. 4. Josh and I read while nursed at the parentals'. 5. I used my phone to read scriptures from this morning. I didn't nurse again at home until now since we were gone all day so we'll see how tomorrow goes.
